Return Policy :

Sale items: no exchanges, returns, or customizations.

Standard products: can be exchanged or returned and refunded in place of store credit, within 48 hours of delivery if:
The size, color, or SKU is incorrect.
There is a manufacturing defect.

Contact marketing@baagh.co with your order number and reason for exchange. Once the item is received and inspected, our customer care team will reach out.
All shipping and handling costs are borne by the customer.
